Judge raised Megan Boswell's bond to $150,000 following discovery of a toddler's body
After the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) told the court that they found what they believe to be missing toddler Evelyn Boswell’s remains in Megan Boswell’s father’s backyard, Judge James Goodwin decided he better raise Megan Boswell’s bond from $25,000 to $150,000.

Megan Boswell and her court appointed attorney were standing in the courtroom like, “Huh?” The two couldn’t wrap their minds around how the judge could raise the bond when the state doesn’t even have evidence that Megan Boswell is the one who put her daughter in her daddy’s backyard.
As far as Megan Boswell and her court appointed are concerned, all the state has is circumstantial evidence that they obtain from some dirt from Megan Boswell’s daddy’s backyard that so happen to also have the body of a toddler and some clothes and toys that belong to Megan Boswell’s missing toddler daughter Evelyn Boswell.

And all of that circumstantial evidence isn’t enough to keep an “innocent” 18-year-old girl in the situation that circumstances of her own making have gotten her in.
Heck, it was just last week that her court appointed lawyer asked the court to lower his client’s bond down to $10,000. And here, less than a week later, the court turns around and raises the bond to $150,000.
They just don’t understand why Lady Justice isn’t blinded by Megan Boswell’s “innocence.” All she did was tell little “white lies” about where she was and what she was doing when her daughter went missing.
Sure, she twists and turn the truth so that she knotted herself up. But everybody does that whenever it slips their mind, for two months, about what happened to their toddler. Let those two tell it, it’s quite normal for a toddler to show up with her toys, buried in the dirt in her grandfather’s backyard.
For all they know, Evelyn Boswell is “Little Evil” and she’s just waiting for 6-6-6 to come around so she can reappear again. The devil works in mysterious ways, so they say. The only thing is Evelyn Boswell isn’t Damien in female form and it wasn’t the devil who caused her harm.
Evelyn Boswell was an innocent toddler whose life ended before it ever began. And it isn’t the devil but Megan Boswell who gets credit for that sinful act.
Oh well, off to prison and then to hell she will go.
